Kut 'n' Paste
Kut 'n' Paste is the solo project of Jaco König, an old hand in One Foot Groove. His first release with the label was in the form of a track called Red Dragon Korrekt on the compilation Analogue back in 2007.
Over the past few years of performances and collaborations, he has developed a well-produced, clean style that identifies him as one of the more promising acts of the Cape Town scene. It has also led to him being involved with heavy metal band Day Turns Night as a producer of the band's electronic elements.
His debut release, Relapse, came out in January 2011 and was critically acclaimed both for its musical direction and production value.

Relapse is Kut 'n Paste's debut release, and is the culmination of years' worth of developing his sound and style. While it has been a long time coming, the album was written entirely within 2010, making it an extremely current snapshot of his work. At times frantic, at times dark, Relapse promises to be one of the more playable albums of the season
